Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Tpexora - Business Manager mobile application (com.tpex.tpexora) or accessing https://tpexora.tpexdigital.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Tpexora - Business Manager (package name: com.tpex.tpexora) or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the application.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tpex Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Tpexora - Business Manager on an Android device that you own or control for your internal business management purposes (managing quotations, invoices, customers, ledgers, and sales).

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any account credentials associated with Tpexora.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the lawful right to enter your customers' names, phone numbers, and transaction details into the application.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your device environment secure.

4. Accuracy of Financial Data & No Professional Advice

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Tpexora - Business Manager is a self-service business record-keeping and productivity tool. Tpex Digital is NOT an accounting firm, tax advisor, financial institution, or law firm.

  • Calculations generated by the app (including quotation totals, invoice balances, discounts, taxes, and customer ledger statements) depend entirely on the figures and entries inputted by you.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices, quotations, tax rates, and ledger balances before sharing them with customers or relying on them for tax filings, audits, or commercial settlements.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse Tpexora - Business Manager. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the application to generate fraudulent invoices, deceptive quotations, or unlawful financial records.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the source code of com.tpex.tpexora.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our servers or networks.
  • Use the app in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Tpexora - Business Manager, including its software code, user interface design, logos, trademarks, graphics, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Tpex Digital. Your business data (the customer records, invoices, and ledgers you create) remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tpexora - Business Manager IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Tpex Digital DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Tpex Digital, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE Tpexora - Business Manager.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tpexora - Business Manager at any time by uninstalling the application and, if desired, requesting account deletion via our Delete Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you materially breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
