Delete Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Google Play Store user data policies, Tpex Digital provides simple, transparent methods to permanently delete your Tpexora - Business Manager (com.tpex.tpexora) account and all associated business data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and data using either of the two methods below:
Option A: Delete Directly Inside the App
- Open the Tpexora - Business Manager app on your Android phone.
- Go to Settings / Profile from the main navigation menu.
- Tap Account Settings → Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your deletion request. Your account and records will be scheduled for permanent removal.
Option B: Request via Email (No App Required)
If you have already uninstalled the app, send an email to info@tpexdigital.com with the subject line Delete my Tpexora account and include your registered email address or phone number.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained?
- Permanently Deleted: Your user profile, business details, customer directory, quotations, invoices, customer ledger (khata) entries, and sales history.
- Retained Only If Legally Required: Minimal security audit logs or anonymized crash diagnostics that do not identify you personally, or records strictly mandated by applicable tax/fraud laws.
- Timeframe: All verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days (and typically within 5–7 business days).
