• Customers: Customer names, business titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing addresses that you manually enter into the app.
• Quotations & Invoices: Item descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, tax notes, invoice numbers, payment statuses, and timestamps.
• Ledger & Sales Data: Debit/credit transactions, payment receipts, party balances, and sales summaries recorded by you.

2.3 Basic Device & App Diagnostics

• When you use the mobile app, basic technical metadata such as Android OS version, device model, app version code, and crash logs may be collected through standard Google Play Services to help us diagnose bugs and ensure stability.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

To protect your privacy and maintain strict least-privilege standards, Tpexora - Business Manager explicitly DOES NOT collect or access:

• No Precise Location Data: We do not track your GPS coordinates or background location.
• No Device Contacts Scraping: We do not upload or harvest your phone's personal address book without your explicit action.
• No SMS or Call Logs: We never read, intercept, or access your text messages or phone call history.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Depending on how you use Tpexora - Business Manager, your business data is stored locally in the application's protected storage directory on your Android device and/or on secure, access-controlled cloud servers utilized by Tpex Digital to provide account synchronization and backup functionality. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and business records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the app's services. If you request account and data deletion (either inside the app or by emailing info@tpexdigital.com), we will permanently delete your personal and business records from our active databases within 30 days, except where limited retention is strictly required by law, dispute resolution, or security audit logs.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your business records to any third party. We may disclose limited information only in the following narrow circumstances:

8. Data Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and secure Android storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% immune to risk, and we encourage you to keep your device protected with a strong screen lock.

9. Children's Privacy

Tpexora - Business Manager is a business management tool intended for adults, business owners, and professionals. Our app and website are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 18 where applicable by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
