3. How do I create a quotation and convert it into an invoice? ▾

Inside the Quotations tab, select a customer, add your items or services with quantities and rates, and save the quotation. When your customer approves the estimate, tap "Convert to Invoice" to generate an official bill immediately without re-entering data.

4. Can I track partial payments and overdue customer balances? ▾

Yes. When creating or updating an invoice, you can record full or partial payments. Any remaining unpaid balance is automatically reflected in the customer’s ledger statement so you always know how much is receivable.

5. How does the Party Ledger (Khata) keep balances accurate? ▾

Every time you record a credit sale or log a payment received from a customer, Tpexora updates that customer’s running ledger balance chronologically. You can view the complete transaction history for any party at any time.

6. Can I share invoices, quotations, and ledger statements with my customers? ▾

Yes! You can export or share clean, formatted invoices, quotations, and ledger statements with your clients via WhatsApp, email, or PDF printouts directly from your Android phone.
